Brief Introduction:
This tool is a self-developed, CNC
controlled and horizontal facing end chamfering machine,
and gained national utility model patent (patent No. is
ZL2015 2 0392047.7).
It's mainly used for processing steel pipe end (include
beveling, flatting end face, chamfering etc).
Its cutting mode is adopting immobilized steel pipe and
rotated tool, which effectively solve the problems (like
high energy consumption, machine tool shake, low cutting
efficiency, short service life of tool, low
productivity, pipe end of bad quality, sizing
incapability etc) occurred in high-speed revolution
processing.
It consist of base, spindle box, cut-to-length device,
lead screw feed system, tooling system (with floating
function), clamping system, pneumatic system, hydraulic
system and lubricating system.
It adopts Siemens controlling system and equipped with
hydraulic billet shifter and drop roller conveyer. The
whole system can automatically pay-off, cut-to-length,
workpiece holding, tool feed processing, workpiece
loosening, finished product handling etc and automatic
cycle, thereby realize continuous automatic processing
and mass production.
