Brief Introduction：
This tool is a self-developed, NC
controlled and horizontal circular sawing machine, and
gained Chinese patent (patent No. is ZL2015 2
0391580.1).
It’s mainly used for cutting pipe billet in fixed
length; and can also be used for cutting ordinary bars
or profiles.
This tool adopts variable frequency motor and Siemens
controlling system. It carries out sawing by twirl of
circular saw blade, which drove by belt and gear set.
Feed system adopts AC servo motor, and the motor drives
ball screw to make saw blade box feed; and stepless feed
speed regulation can be realized.
