● After painted in painting machine, the steel pipe will be delivered to align at stationary stop on roller bed end. Then pipe will be transversely shifted by stepping mechanism from roller bed to V-shaped bracket. After that, the chain conveyor will make the pipe pass through drying furnace at a certain speed, which meets the time requirement for drying. Finally the dried pipe will be delivered to discharging roller bed by a small stepping mechanism.
● The drying furnace consists of steel structural furnace body, heat preserved and insulated furnace wall, air heat exchanger, exhaust system, instrument and electrical control system.
