1 CNC Pipe Threader
Brief Introduction:
Based on mature structure of domestic and
international pipe threader, we independently developed
a high grade CNC machine tool, and gained patent (patent
No. is ZL2015 2 0482406.8).
It's suitable for efficient, precise and mass processing
of thread on casing ends.
As per customers' requirement, FANUC or Siemens
controlling system can be equipped.
Main Features:
● Good rigidity. Equipped with integral
45º slanting bed lathe, large diameter spindle and high
rigid spindle bearing.
● High accuracy.
● High reliability, good precision sustainability, easy
maintenance.
● Spindle bearing, lead screw bearing, hydraulic/
lubricating/ illuminating/ cooling system, transmission
belt, electrical components, ball screw etc are all from
famous brand.
● Controlling system is Siemens 840D or Japanese FANUC,
with powerful control function, software and interface
design are humanized.
