This tool is a self-developed, new type
and energy-efficient CNC pipe cutoff machine, which
fills in the domestic gap.
It gained national invention patent (patent No. is
ZL2008.1 0016217.6) and national utility model patent.
It's suitable for cut-processing of steel pipes like
casing, welded pipe, high pressure boiler tube, pipeline
tube etc.

● Energy-saving. By using tool rotation
and pipe immobility, pipe rotation needed driving force
has been saved.

multi-tool simultaneously work, processing efficiency is
enhanced and tool consumption is decreased.

Brief
Introduction:
This tool is a self-developed, new type
and energy-efficient CNC pipe cutoff machine, which
fills in the domestic gap and especially suitable for
coupling cut-processing of casing.
It gained national invention patent (patent No. is
ZL2008.1 0016217.6) and national utility model patent.
Taking the advantage of gear differential feeding
principle, this machine realizes tool feed lengthways on
high-speed rotated cutter. Thereby the new concept of
pipe fixed holding and cutter rotated cutting come true,
which effectively solve the problems (like high energy
consumption, machine tool shake, low cutting efficiency,
short service life of tool, low productivity, pipe end
of bad quality, sizing incapability etc) occurred in
high-speed revolution processing.
It adopts Siemens controlling system and it can
automatically pay-off, sizing, holding, cutting off,
loosening, finished product transportation, lot number
printing, head end discharge etc and automatic cycle,
thereby realize continuous automatic processing and mass
production.
