Tubes China Co., Ltd is a professional metal manufacturer and marketer. In the early 21st century, as China entered the new era of development, Tubes China began to devote to the business of metal products. It then quickly grew from a stockist of steel pipes into the distributor of the best steel pipe factory in China, as well as the producer and marketer of metal products, providing high quality products and considerate service to customers of this industry.

At present, Tubes China has become the top distributor of Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corporation (TPCO), the largest manufacturer of seamless steel tubes and oil pipes in the world. TPCO owns 6 sets of rolling mills including 4 types: MPM, PQF, REM and ASSEL. Remarkably, Ø168PQF is the first high precision PQF worldwide and Ø460PQF is of the biggest caliber all over the world. An annual production capacity of 3.5 million tons of pipes can be attained.

Tubes China’s subsidiary, Zhangjiagang Tubes China Co., Ltd, is the general agent in Southeast Asia for Wuxi Jiangnan High Precision Cold Drawn Tubes Co., Ltd and Wuxi Beilai Steel Tubes Co., Ltd. The two companies belong to a group specializing in processing hot rolled and cold drawn tubes. It owns different models of cold drawn unit such as 600T, 400T, 250T, 150T, 65T, 40T, 20T. Meanwhile, it is equipped with the most advanced inner hole scraping rolling machine, over sixty powerful grinding mills, one continuous heat treatment furnace, two box-type closed electric furnaces, etc. The products can be widely applied to mechanical hydraulic pressure devices, pneumatic casing pipes, tubes for oil pump and transmission shaft for cars, etc. The annual output of cold drawn tubes can reach 50 thousand tons and of honed tubes, 60 thousand tons.

Zhangjiagang Tubes China is also the distributor of Huacheng Group, one of the biggest producers for small caliber tubes in China. It covers over 200,000 square meters, with a registered capital of CNY 150 million. More than 200 technicians work for Huacheng, 20 of which are advanced engineers. Huacheng has six independent legal enterprises and one research and development center. Each year, twenty-five thousand tons of bearing tubes, sixty-five thousand tons of high quality carbon steel and alloy steel pipes, thirty thousand tons of welded pipes and thirty thousand tons of cold drawn seamless special section tubes, over 150,000 tons in total, can be produced.
Tubes China Co., Ltd cooperates closely with Ninghai Norton Auto parts Co., Ltd, in charge of the development of the global market. We actively research and produce stamping parts, metal processing parts and other kinds of metal products in auto parts in order to expand the business.

In May 2016, favoring the long-term prospects for its development in the global pipe and tube market for machinery, tooling, parts and service, Tubes China Co., Ltd invested Jinan Dehua No.1 Machinery Co., Ltd as holding company. Since then, Tubes China’s subsidiary, Zhangjiagang Tubes China Co., Ltd takes over Dehua’s overseas business and helps expand the global market in advantage of its rich sales experience and good reputation in the global steel pipe industry. With the most advanced technology in the world, Dehua aims to research, design and produce non-standard CNC Machinery and non-standard equipment and spare pares for metallurgy industry, for example, CNC pipe cutters, CNC threading machine, CNC milling machine (Horizontal), vertical milling center, Horizontal milling center, CNC lathing machine (Vertical/horizontal). Tubes China carries on any kinds of machines researching, designing, producing and provide after sales service for all of our non-standard equipment.
